We deliver across Pakistan. Here is how shipping works at Herbal Glow Care.
Delivery charges
- Orders of Rs 2,999 or more ship free anywhere in Pakistan.
- Orders below Rs 2,999 pay a flat delivery fee of Rs 195, shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing and dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Some orders may need a short confirmation call or message from us first.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days after dispatch through our third-party courier partners. Major cities are often quicker; remote areas can take longer. Delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays, courier issues or supply-chain disruption are outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships we send you a tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also use the Track Your Order page or your My Account order history.
Payment on delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier rider.
Address and delivery attempts
Please enter a complete and correct address and a working phone number. The courier will usually attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel is refused, or you cannot be reached after the attempts, it is returned to us and we may need to charge the delivery fee on any future order.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, contact the courier with your tracking number and email us at herbalglowcarepk@gmail.com. We will help follow it up.
International orders
We currently ship within Pakistan only. For international enquiries message us on WhatsApp at +92 302 4899811.
