Information we collect
- Order information: your name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address and the items you order.
- Account information: login details and order history if you create an account.
- Payment information: we do not store card details. Online payments are handled by our payment providers; for Cash on Delivery we only keep the order total.
- Device and usage information: browser, IP address, pages viewed, products viewed and cookie data, collected automatically when you visit.
- Support information: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
- Skin quiz and AI Skin Check: your quiz answers and, if you choose to use the AI Skin Check, the selfie photo you upload and the results.
How we use your information
- To process, confirm, ship and deliver your orders.
- To contact you about your order and provide customer support.
- To recommend suitable products and improve our website and range.
- To send offers and updates, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store: courier companies, payment providers, website hosting and e-commerce software, analytics and advertising tools, and email or messaging services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
AI Skin Check photos
The AI Skin Check is optional and only works if you agree to it and confirm you are 18 or older. When you submit a selfie, it is sent securely to Google’s Gemini AI service, which analyses it for us to estimate cosmetic skin concerns. It is not a medical diagnosis. Each photo you submit, whether it is your first or a later progress photo, and its results are stored privately in your account so you can compare your progress over time, and only you can see them. You can retake or replace a photo before analysing it. Scans and photos are deleted automatically after 12 months, and you can delete any scan or all of them yourself at any time. If you opt in, we email you a reminder after two weeks to add a new progress photo, and you can opt out of these at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure site performance and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working properly.
Advertising and analytics
We may use tools such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels from platforms like Meta to understand how people use our site and to show relevant ads. You can opt out through your browser or the ad platform’s settings.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure. We keep your information only as long as needed for orders, support, accounting and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing herbalglowcarepk@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child’s information.
